San Pedro de Alcántara
San Pedro de Alcántara is in a great location, just 10 kms west of Marbella, and only a few minutes by
car from the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and only 20 km from the town of Estepona. San Pedro is
an unspoilt Spanish village with its own appeal.
San Pedro bars and restaurants can be found in two main areas of the village. Las Palmeras, San
Pedro's main street,and the back streets of the town where you can find a number of smaller bars
offering excellent tapas. There is a very large, popular street market on Thursdays with all the usual
hustle and bustle of a Spanish market.
San Pedro plays host to some of the finest golf courses in the world. San Pedro's resident golf course
the Guadalmina Golf Club is the second oldest course on the Costa del Sol, and is one of the most
popular golf clubs on the Costa del Sol.
